Check in with yourself everyday♥️ When’s the last time you sat with yourself and your thoughts alone, no phone, no netflix, no distractions, and asked yourself how you really feel? Mindfulness doesn’t come easy, and 10minute meditations make no sense at all when we’re starting out (I could barely sit through a 5-minute guided meditation); what I’ve been doing instead is taking 1 min to make a mental note of how I feel and if there’s a reason for it.
We need to understand before being able to control something. It’s probably insignificant atm, but hey, slow progress is still progress!
